Yes, jokes about violations of human rights are HILARIOUS. See, Graham's joke is funny because sitting at a conference table speaking before Congress and being telecast on C-SPAN and CNN is EXACTLY like being whisked away to a secret facility in a foreign country to be "harshly" questioned while you're naked and freezing. Hell, you'll pay extra for a weekend like that in D.C.
